We would like to share our experiences with all institutions and individuals in order guide and cooperate with more people.
We recommend that helpful institutions and persons plan the aids in sparing but continuous amounts and ensure that the aids reach the destination.

What we are doing
We are in constant communication with our teams and stakeholders. We receive, analyze and prioritize requests for help and needs from these points of contact.
If there are shorter ways you have discovered about our methods and practices, please share them with us so that we can improve our processes.
- To provide aid and support quickly, we established a Disaster Support and Coordination Team that communicates within the company and with aid organizations.
- We established a WhatsApp hotline and organised a comprehensive help and communication network.
- With the cooperation of AKUT and AFAD, we created “corridors of need” that reached those in need and ensured the continuity of the supports made.
- We sent aid through AFAD and Beykoz District Governor’s Office and are still following the process.
- We continue to provide health services with 5 ambulances in the field with our sister company, WeHealth medical teams.
- Our communication teams follow the official notifications of the Red Crescent on blood donation, and we try to increase the number of donors by announcing the need for blood on both internal and external communication channels when necessary.
- We are constantly communicating with our employees to follow the status of their relatives in need. In this way, we are happy to be able to provide shelter, food and health services to our personnel’s relatives. Our partners, with whom we cooperate, have become our hands and feet on the field.
- We have organized and sent many tents, sleeping bags, quilts, beds, camp beds, water, supplies and miscellaneous needs to a village of 500 people including the relatives of our employees near Osmaniye, to which no support has reached yet. We delivered those needs with the vehicle and logistics support of DoreMusic. We followed up every step of the process.
- We developed a Disaster Map with the support of Basarsoft. On this map, we mark various points of need and the facilities offered to meet these needs, and we guide our field teams with up-to-date location information. With the support of ZZG Tech’s written channel communication systems, we receive images and information from the field and forward them to the relevant people.
The cooperation of our helpful friends and each of our resources is a link in the aid chain. By connecting the links, we ensure that the relief efforts turn into sustainable support planning and organization.
We are aware this is not a short-term event, but a long-term process. For this reason, we make preliminary preparations by thinking about the next day or week, and we try to move forward by informing those who want to give support in advance about the needs.
Let’s not forget that uncontrolled power is not power. Help that does not reach the goal is also no help at all. We must assist AFAD and NGOs, which undertake critical tasks under extremely difficult conditions, to provide materials, supplies, logistics, communication and coordination support in regions that they might not have been able to reach yet.
